Terms and conditions
Our general terms and conditions apply to all orders and rental agreements in the Hebtrek Shop.
The full terms will be published here soon. Until then the Hebtrek general terms as agreed in your customer agreement apply. Questions? Contact us.
Prices and VAT
All prices are business prices excluding 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change; the price at the time of ordering is binding.
Payment
Guests pay upfront online. Hebtrek customers may choose payment on invoice, in which case the amount is added to the next weekly invoice.
Rental
Rental is available to Hebtrek customers only. The minimum term is stated per product. After the minimum term the rental can be cancelled monthly. Rented devices remain the property of Hebtrek and are returned after termination.
Delivery and returns
Delivery takes place in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Purchased products can be returned unused within 14 days after registration. Return address: Hebtrek Retouren, Postbus 605, 3200 AN Spijkenisse, the Netherlands.
