Three ways to work together
You choose per product how you sell through Hebtrek. Combining is possible.
Sell on commission
Your product is listed with a price. The customer pays us (online or on their Hebtrek invoice). You ship yourself, or stock our warehouse. Hebtrek keeps a commission on the net sales price excl. VAT and pays you the rest weekly.
Requests (leads)
For custom or larger products, such as delivery scooters. The customer sends a request in the shop, you receive the details and close the deal yourself. You pay a fixed fee per forwarded request, not per sale.
Partner API
Manage your range, stock and orders from your own system. Orders arrive by email and through the API, you send shipping updates back. Webhooks for new orders and requests.
Commission rate and lead fee are agreed per partner. All amounts exclude VAT.

Prefer not to ship yourself? Stock our warehouse in Spijkenisse. We pack, ship and handle returns.
Weekly payout
A weekly settlement of your sales minus commission, transferred automatically. No debtor management, no payment risk on the customer.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to become a partner?
Nothing upfront. You only pay commission on actual sales (from 15% of the net price excl. VAT) or a fixed fee per request for lead products.
Who sets the sales price?
You do. You set a guest price and optionally a member price. Hebtrek members get 10% off the guest price by default unless you set a member price yourself.
Do I have to ship myself?
You may, but you do not have to. You can also stock our warehouse, in which case we ship and handle returns.
How do I receive orders?
By email with packing and address details, and through the partner API. You report the shipment with tracking, after which the customer is emailed automatically.
Can I deliver in certain regions only?
Yes. For rentals you can set provinces; customers outside those regions cannot check out the product and see this upfront on the product page.
When do I get paid?
Weekly. Every Monday we settle the paid and shipped lines of the past week, minus commission and any lead fees, and transfer the amount to your IBAN.
